A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Darlington Nwauju has said that the delegate list of the Rivers All Progressives Congress that Sen. Magnus Abe and Barr. Worgu Boms complained about has been corrected.

Nwauju, who disclosed this in a statement, said the mistake was a secretarial one and not deliberate.

According to him, a level playing field has been created for all aspirants from the state in Saturday’s convention.

He called on party members to shun politics of bitterness and unite for the good and growth of the party.

“The delegate list Abe and Worgu Boms talked about was a secretarial mistake  and not deliberate. It has been corrected,” he said.

Senator, Magnus Abe and Worgu Boms had raised an alarm concerning the Rivers APC delegate list to Saturday’s National Convention of the party.

They complained that it contained names of dead persons and non-principal officers.

Abe who petitioned the party over the list, called for a free and fair party convention.
