There was an alleged case of hijack of ballot boxes and diversion of materials meant for the conduct of the house of Assembly primaries of the APC in Oyigbo Local Government Area.
Two persons from the Rotimi Amaechi camp of the APC are contesting the ticket.
One of the aspirants Ibe Owulu in an interview allegedly accused a frontline member of the Amaechi group Gift Okere of allegedly hijacking the materials meant for the primaries.
He said as at 2pm party delegates were still at the designated venue waiting for materials unknown to them that the materials have been diverted.
