Governorship flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Tonye Cole has congratulated Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following his emergence as Presidential flagbearer of the party.
Cole, who disclosed this in a statement today, called on party members to ensure that the party takes over governance in Rivers State in 2023.
According to him, members of the party in the state have every reason to be proud of the outcome of the exercise.
He called on party faithfuls to move through this moment with conviction, strength and hope and never bow their head in shame.
This he said is because they marched with courage when it was greatly needed.
He furthermore, urged party members to get their Permanent Voters Card and ensure the party wins all elective positions in 2023.
