The General Overseer of Jesus Alive Word Refiners International Church in Port Harcourt, Pastor, Tony Daniel accused of raping a 20-year-old girl says he is innocent of the crime.
Daniel, in a statement said the girl is only trying to get back at him for suspending his boyfriend, a former assistance pastor of the church, Uduak Victor for committing fornication with her.
Amaka, had few days ago accused the pastor of raping her at his residence with the help of two female church members.
Meanwhile, the former assistant pastor, Uduak Victor has denied Daniel’s claim. He said he never committed fornication with Amaka and was never her boyfriend.
Victor, explained that he was removed from the church, after informing them that he was tired of being a full time pastor and needed to do something else.
