Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State says Presidential hopeful, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is his wife’s favourite Nigeria.
This is because Amaechi rescued from the Department of State Services, DSS, detention.
El-rufai said this when Amaechi paid him a courtesy visit in Kaduna State, today, to consult with delegates ahead of the primaries of the All Progressives Congress.
He noted that his wife will never forget the role Amaechi played to save him from the DSS.
“One time the SSS wanted to arrest me, that I wrote something,” he said
“Governor Amaechi called and said I will take you there and I will not leave until they let you go, what did you do?
“He took me there in his car and stayed there until they let me go. Till tomorrow, my wife will never forget that. Amaechi is her favourite Nigerian,” he added.
