Nigerian Rapper, Panshak Zamani, popularly known as Ice Prince, has been arraigned by the Lagos State Police Command for assaulting and abducting a police officer.
Spokesperson of the command, Benjamin Hundeyin, made this known in a statement on Saturday.
According to him, the rapper is facing three-count bordering on assault, obstruction and abduction.
Hundeyin had in a statement on Twitter said Ice Prince was driving without plate numbers when some officers on patrol stopped him at about 3am.
He explained that the policemen were said to have insisted that Ice Prince follow them to the station and after agreeing, one of the policemen entered the vehicle.
He said, the artiste, thereafter, abducted the policeman, assaulted and threatened to throw him into a river before he was later arrested.
