Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, is expected to visit Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Chairman of Bonny Local Government Council, Hon. Abinye Blessing Pepple, announced the planned visit in a welcome message issued on Thursday through the Office of Media and Communications of the Bonny Local Government Council.
The statement said Pepple, alongside members of the Rainbow Coalition in Bonny, would welcome Wike, who is also the political leader of Rivers State, and his entourage to the area.
The visit is scheduled for 12 noon at Ibanise Town Hall, Bonny.
The council described Wike as its national leader and called on the Rainbow Coalition family to welcome him and his entourage.
