Thirty-Eight-year-old Sylvester Ezeokenwa has emerged as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
Ezeokenwa, emerged victorious in the election that held at the Party’s Regional Secretariat in Awka the capital of Anambra state on Wednesday.
He is currently the Commissioner for Special Duties under Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
The Governor of Anambra state, Charles Soludo shortly after Okenwa’s emergence said: “We have taken another leap of faith in electing new members of the National Working Committee of our great party, APGA. The APGA 2023 Congress from Ward, Local Government, State and, today’s National Convention has set a new standard in the conduct of Party congress in the country. For this, I am proud of all our members across the country.
“I am particularly excited that the new National Chairman of APGA, Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa Jr. is a man with fresh ideas and equal energy to match words with action. His “Project DRIVE APGA” has all the trappings of disruptive leadership, and I trust its potency to actually drive our Party to a whole new dimension of growth.“
