Factional chairman of the All Congress in Rivers State, Chief, Tony Okocha has said that Gov. Sim Fubara’s refusal to obey Court orders would create more crisis this year than it did last year.
Okocha, an ally of former governor of the state and now FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike made this known during a press briefing in Port Harcourt on Thursday.
He criticised the presentation of the 2025 budget before the Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led Assembly, stressing that the governor has been disobeying court orders and going against the constitution.
Okocha also alleged that Gov. Fubara has refused to pay Hon. Martin Amaewhule and others their salaries and House votes for 11 months.
“Refusing to pay the 27 lawmakers their salaries and house votes for over 11 months exposes how vindictive gov Fubara is ,” Okocha said.
