The Independent National Electoral Commission in Rivers State has commenced the distribution of non-sensitive materials across the 23 local government areas of the state ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
The commission disclosed this in a statement at its headquarters in Port Harcourt, Today.
It said security operatives are working assiduously to ensure the smooth conduct of the election, and warned people to avoid acts capable of truncating the electoral process.
