A Pro-Fubara group known as ‘Rivers Women Unite for SIM’ has donated food items to the Port Harcourt Correctional Centre.
Princess Dorathy Osaronu who spoke on behalf of the group during the presentation on Friday said, “We have our prayers every month and some of the women bring items for thanksgiving and in turn the items are distributed to support indigent and vulnerable places like, Correctional Centres, old people’s and motherless babies homes or special people’s homes. In fulfillment of that goal, we are here for the July edition.”
Food items donated include packs of noodles, bags of rice, plantain and yam.
