A yet-to-be identified woman who sells at Mile 1 Market has been arrested by the Police for stabbing her husband to death during a fight in their house few days.
A colleague of the woman at the market said the incident occurred few days ago at the Mile 1 axis of Diobu in Port Harcourt.
She said the woman and the husband had a heated argument which led to a fight and she brought out a knife and stabbed the husband who died on the spot
She also said neighbors immediately contacted the Police who came and took the woman and the corpse away.
The husband was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead by doctors. His corpse has been deposited at the morgue.
