Winners Chapel situated at 82 Obi-Wali Road in Rumuigbo, Obio/Akpor LGA, Rivers state in conjunction with Save Life International Oil and Gas Technology is set to hold a 10-day free Oil and Gas Maritime Safety HSE 1,2,3 and advanced HSE oilfield scaffolding with practicals.
The church in a statement said the program will begin on Monday 31July – 11 August 2023 at 8:00 am at the church premises.
