Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has accused the National leadership of the PDP and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar of destroying the party, noting that they will be chased out as they have nothing to offer anymore.
Wike, said this during the commissioning of projects in Ikwerre Local Government Area on Thursday.
“They have destroyed our party. We are going to chase them away from our party. They have no role to play for our party.”
The governor, who mocked leaders of the PDP for staging the protest against INEC in Abuja described the party leaders as “students unions.”
He blamed the loss of the PDP in the just-concluded presidential election on those who he said refused to obey the Constitution of the party.
