Nigeria’s Former Ambassador to the Netherlands, Oji Ngofa says failure of the Rivers State Government to invest in Education and Human Capital Development is unfortunate.
Ngofa in a statement over the weekend, said the government feels development is defined only by the erection of overhead bridges.
He stated that flyovers built by the Rivers State Government, cannot solve the traffic problems in Port Harcourt or other parts of the state.
He scored the state government below average, stating that it is regrettable that a state like Rivers has failed to invest in critical sectors.
