Governor Nyesom Wike has said that the Rivers civil service 5k job would be allocated to each local government area based on their population.
The governor disclosed this when some scholars of Etche ethnic nationality paid him a courtesy visit at Government House Port Harcourt.
Wike who disclosed that the process would be transparent said, no single individual would be given preferential treatment over the other.
He reiterated that each of the 23 local government areas would benefit from the employment including non-indigenes resident in the state.
