Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has been conferred with the “Distinguished Award in Infrastructure Delivery” by President Muhammad Buhari.
Wike received the award at the maiden edition of the Nigeria Excellence Awards in Public Service held in Abuja on Friday.
The award is in recognition of his giant strides in road construction and rehabilitation; construction of unprecedented 12 flyovers in the state, healthcare Infrastructure; education, health, sports, agriculture, among others.
