Former Commissioner for Chieftaincy Affairs under Governor Nyesom Wike, who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress, Dr. John Bazia, has taken a swipe at Wike, describing him as an area boy who is playing “area boy politics.”
Bazia, in an interview over the weekend was reacting to claims by the governor that he siphoned tax-payers money meant for the reception of traditional rulers when he held sway as commissioner.
Dr. John who denied the claims by the governor, described him as a dictator who does not take people’s ideas and advise.
“He is a local village boy who doesn’t know how to dress,” he noted.
He furthermore stated that it was Wike’s dictatorship that made him and some others dumped the PDP for the All Progressives Congress.
