Director General of the Atiku/Okowa Campaign Council in Rivers State, Abiye Sekibo says the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has directed his supporters to vote for Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Abiye made the allegation Today while reacting to the revocation of the approval for use of the Adokiye Amieyesimaka Stadium for presidential rally of the PDP.
The DG also dismissed claims by the Rivers State Government that he is working with the APC in the state, and wants to use the rally to campaign for Tonye Cole.
He stated that Atiku will campaign in the state no matter what as Rivers people are ready to receive him.
The Council had in a statement said it is not surprised by the governor’s action.
