The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists in Rivers State, NAWOJ, has called for assistance for a widow with triplets identified as Eucharia Chuku after she was ejected from her apartment at Okporo Road close to Rumudara, Port Harcourt.

Chairperson of NAWOJ, Susan Serekana-Nwikhana in a post on her official Facebook page Today, said the widow hails from Erima Community in River State.

She explained that the widow rented the apartment without knowing that it was in dispute, and the matter in court.

She said recently the court ruled on the matter and the landlady the widow paid money to lost the case to her rival, who brought security operatives to kick her out of the house.

Her statement reads,

Good afternoon my good people of Rivers State.

A Widow from Erima Community, Rivers State with Her Triplets Is In Dire Needs Of Soccour. See video below.

NAWOJ Rivers State is confronted with an emergency situation that we need the collective efforts of all to help this poor widow and her triplets out of the mess they are pushed into right now.

This is one of the reasons why NAWOJ Rivers State needs a Secretariat where these women and children can be given succour pending when they have been able to overcome trauma and ready to move on in life.

Here is what happened to her and I prayed God of the widows help her out of this.

She from Igbo, formerly married to late Mr Chukwu, who hails from Erima Community in Rivers State.

The widow rented an apartment from her landlady not knowing that there is another wife claiming to be the rightful owner of the apartment and matter has been in court.

Court finally concluded on the matter and case wasn’t in favour of her land lady, so the one that won the case brought uniform men to evict them from their house.

Hmmmm please I am crying here.

All well meaning individuals, CSOs, FBOs should please help this poor widow out with her triplets, considering the season we are in and the health of these children.

I was told the children just started school last Monday.

How will they feel coming back from school to be confronted with this kind of situation?

Her name is Eucharia Chuku. You can reach her  0806 977 8854 or NAWOJ on 08067971973

She lives at Mummy B, by Artillery, Okporo Road close to Rumuodara, Port Harcourt.

Thanks and God bless you as give her helping hands.
