The Rivers State Government says it sealed the hotel belonging to former Governor of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Samuel Nwanosike for unauthorized expansion.

Commissioner For Physical Planning, And Urban Development, Prince Umejuru Isaac disclosed this in a statement on Friday.

According to him, the owner applied to build a four-storey building, but went ahead to construct a five-storey building.

As you may know, Nwanosike in a trending video accepted to have contravene the state building code.
