Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has asserted that Igbo men are not good politicians due to their low tolerance for political betrayal.
In a recent interview with Afia TV, Edochie attributed the political setbacks of many Igbo politicians to their unwillingness to accommodate treachery, a trait he described as prevalent in politics. He said this tendency often leads them to sever ties with strategic allies, ultimately affecting their political longevity.
According to him, “An Igbo man is not a good politician,” adding that the average Igbo man, once betrayed, is unlikely to give a second chance, unlike others who may overlook such actions for political gain.
