Former Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi says he does not give money to thugs because he does not want to miss heaven.
The former, Rivers State Governor made this in an interview after he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award on Public Service.
According to him, his priest warned against giving money to thugs, adding that he has never given money to thugs.
“My priest once told me that if I should give thugs money and anyone dies because of that money, I will be held accountable and I won’t make heaven.”
“The society might not hold you accountable because you are a big man but God in heaven will hold you accountable and you won’t make heaven. That’s why I have never given thugs money because I want to make heaven”
