The Rivers State Taskforce on Street Trading and Illegal Motor Parks, says it will not tolerate illegal parking on roads next year.
The Agency, in a statement said it will strictly enforce the ban beginning from January next year.
It said, despite enforcing the ban by arresting defaulters and impounding their vehicles, motorists have continued to disobey the directive.
It called on motorists in the state, to desist from the act as its officials are out to ensure compliance and not to victimize anyone.
The statement, also said that the agency, is doing everything within its power to ensure traffic decongestion in the state and to serve the people better.
