The All Progressives Congress in Rivers state says it has uncovered plots by Governor, Sim Fubara to procure a court order against the operations of the Rivers State House of Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule.
Caretaker Committee Chairman of the party in the state, Tony Okocha disclosed this during a press briefing in Port Harcourt Today.
According to him the party under his watch will resist such moves.
