The Rivers State Police Command says it has retrieved the skull of former Ahoada Divisional Police Officer, SP Bako Angbashim who was beheaded few months ago by suspected cultists.
Spokesperson of the Command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko said this in a statement Today.
She revealed that the skull was retrieved at the camp of late gang leader, 2Baba at a forest in Odiemude community.
According to her, the skull has been taken to the mortuary and efforts are ongoing to locate and retrieve his remaining dismembered parts.
She added that the skull was recovered following a coordinated joint operation carried out by tactical squads from the state Command and personnel from the Force Intelligence Bureau on Sunday.
