The Rivers State Police Command says it is investigating the death of a young man from Akwa Ibom alleged to have died inside the premises of the Upstream Petroleum Regulations Commission along Moscow road in Port Harcourt.
Spokesperson of the command, Grace Koko disclosed this in a statement Today.
As you may may the Akwa Ibom community in Port Harcourt, Today picketed the office of the commission calling for explanation on what happened to their son, a former staff of the commission.
They are accusing the company of allegedly having a hand in his death.
