The Rivers State Police Command says it is investigating the destruction of properties during a rally in Etche Local Government Area of the state at the weekend.
Spokesperson of the command, Grace Koko said this in a statement Today.
She said the state commissioner of Police has called commanders in Etche for information on the incident.
Recall that hoodlums reportedly led by Chief of Staff to Etche council chairman, Mr. Nwankwo stormed venue of the Gov. Sim Fubara Supreme Court victory in the area and set properties ablaze.
