The organized labour says it is fighting for a living wage for the Nigerian workers and not starvation wage.
President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Joe Ajaero said this at a meeting with the leadership of the National Assembly, SGF, Ministers and NLC leadership in Abuja.
The meeting was initiated by the national Assembly to avert the planed nationwide Indefinite strike by Labour over the failure of government to meet it’s wage demand.
