A Twitter user, identified as @sepodokus says the Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, has started arresting people dumping refuse indiscriminately.
@Sepodokus who made this known in a post on Twitter, today, said he saw RIWAMA officials arresting defaulters and seizing trolleys.
He advised residents to stop the indiscriminate dumping of refuse as it is defacing the city.
“RIWAMA has started arresting people dumping refuse indiscriminately. I was joking this morning, I saw some guys disguise to be joking too but are members of RIWAMA Taskforce arresting defaulters and seizing trolleys owned by those Aboki boys that are constituting nuisance,” he said.
