Chairman of Rivers State Civil Society Organization, Enefaa Georgewill says only security agencies and the law courts have the right to declare someone wanted after proper investigation.
Enefaa, made this known in a statement following the declaration of three Julius Berger staff, wanted by the Rivers State Government.
He also noted that everyone remains innocent until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction no matter the level of allegation.
“Its The Duty Of Security Agencies & Courts After Proper Investigation, That Have D Right 2 Declare A Citizen Wanted Not Governors,” he said.
