West Africa Container Terminal (WACT), operated by APM Terminals Nigeria, has commissioned a renovated 10-room teachers’ quarters in Ogu, Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The facility, which was originally built by the company in 2012, has been upgraded to provide teachers with improved living conditions.
According to WACT, the project reflects its commitment to advancing education and fostering community development within its host environment.
The company explained that the renovated quarters will not only enhance the welfare of teachers but also contribute to strengthening education in Rivers State by offering a more conducive accommodation for educators.
