Cross Dresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky, has filed a lawsuit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and the National Assembly for allegedly violating his fundamental human rights.
Bobrisky is claiming that the anti graft agency summoned him for investigation based on a WhatsApp phone call published by activist, VeryDarkMan without proper investigation.
Bobrisky is seeking damages of ₦1 Billion against the EFCC for violating his right to fair hearing, privacy, and freedom from discrimination, and ₦200 million against the National Assembly over failure to properly investigate the allegation.
