Unknown Gunmen have reportedly killed and beheaded one Alex Uwazurike the Chairman of local security outfit, (OSPAC), in Omudioga community in Emouha Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Sources say the incident happened on Tuesday evening.
They said people have been leaving the community since the incident, as there are rumors of reprisal attacks.
The police and the Emouha local government council are yet to confirm the incident.
