The Senate of the University of Port Harcourt has elected three new Deputy Vice-Chancellors during its 488th Extraordinary Meeting held on Wednesday.
The newly elected officials are:
Prof. Chukwudi Onyeasor as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration)
Prof. Rosemary Ogu as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic)
Prof. Angela Frank-Briggs as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Development)
Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Owunari Georgewill, congratulated the trio on their appointments and expressed confidence in their capacity to promote excellence and innovation within the institution.
