The Federal Government has directed the out-going Vice-Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Professor Ndowa Sunday Lale to handover to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Professor Regina E. Ogali pending the appointment of a new Vice-Chancellor.
