A final year student of the University of Port Harcourt identified as Mudiaga has reportedly died from drug overdose.
Sources say Mudiaga died after smoking a substance that was brought by one of his friends with two others.
They said the three of them passed out after smoking the substance and while two of the boys later woke up, Mudiaga was confirmed dead after he was rushed to a hospital.
Meanwhile, management of the School in a statement confirmed the incident, noting that the boy who brought the substance has been arrested and that the incident occurred off campus.
