Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe has emerged as the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Ahoada East Constituency II bye-election in Rivers State.
Ukalikpe clinched the party’s ticket ahead of the bye-election scheduled for February 21, 2026, making him the APC flagbearer for the contest.
