Two persons have been injured and hospitalized after a gas explosion close to the Elekahia Police station in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Source say the explosion occurred after a generating set sparked at the back of a gas shop in the area.
They said the incident caused panic in the area as those around scampered for safety.
