American microblogging and social networking platform, Twitter on which users post and interact with messages known as “tweets,” has announced that they are moving away from using certain words, in favor of more inclusive ones.
The go-to social media app for politics, trending music, world events, sports scores, and the latest breaking global news stories made this known on its official handle, Twitter Engineering, today.
Some of the old languages include sexist words as well as other non-inclusive terms.
