The ECOWAS Court has declared as unlawful the suspension of Twitter by the Federal Government.
The court in its ruling Today, said the suspension was illegal, and ordered the Buhari-led administration never to repeat it again.
It also ruled that the current administration will bear the cost of the suit.
Meanwhile, some Nigerians on social media have hailed the ruling of the court.
The Nigerian government had suspended Twitter indefinitely after it deleted a tweet from the President.
