Members of the Rivers State Chapter of the Trade Union Congress(TUC) will, from today, March 12, 2021 be proud beneficiaries of a modern secretariat complex.
The new Three-Storey TUC Building has a 500 seater auditorium, conference room and fully furnished offices.
The complex built by Governor Nyesom Wike underscores the cordial relationship between the State Government and Labour.
The President, Trade Union Congress(TUC),Comrade Quadri A Olaleye is expected to serve as Special Guest of Honour.
Invited guests are enjoined to adhere to all COVID-19 protocols.
It will be recalled that two years ago, the State Government also built and handed over a fully furnished secretariat complex to the state Chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC).
