A document circulating online suggests that Toke Makinwa has taken legal action against nigeriatelegraph.com for a publication titled “Toke Makinwa’s House Has Been Seized by AMCON”.
The alleged seizure of the social media influencer’s Banana Island mansion went viral on social media few days ago. Toke, however, denied the claim and threatened to sue.
Toke’s lawyers have asked the publishers of the article to among other things, within the next 24 hours, “retract the offensive information” and publish same on all their platforms.
