Former Governors of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike and Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai are currently meeting with President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
According Dailytrust, the two former governors came separately to the State House.
It said while Wike came around 1:40 pm, El-Rufai entered the presidential wing of Aso Rock around 2pm.
Sources say efforts are being made to ensure that the Senate confirms Malam El-Rufai.
El-Rufai and two other ministerial nominees are yet to be confirmed by the Senate.
