President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Nigeria’s Super Falcons following their 2-1 victory over South Africa in the semi-finals of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), urging the team to remain focused and bring the trophy home.

Tinubu assured the players of the support of all Nigerians, expressing confidence in their ability to clinch a record-extending 10th WAFCON title.
The Super Falcons are set to face hosts Morocco in the final as they seek to reclaim the continental crown and further cement their legacy as the most successful team in WAFCON history.
