Three persons today, suffocated at an illegal oil dump site in Uduoha Community, Emuoha Local Government Area of the State.
Youth leader of the community, Friday Nwekere who made this known in a statement said the three persons had gone to buy kerosene.
He said an eyewitness revealed that the woman and two men died after inhaling the gas which emits from the place, as he almost choked while trying to rescue them.
Mr Friday, noted that the illegal activity has destroyed the community and that they suffer from different ailments as a result of act.
He accused security operatives of collecting bribe from oil refiners, and called on the government to as a matter of urgency intervene in the matter.
