Former Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Hon. George Ariolu says those responsible for the destruction of properties at the council will pay for their actions.
Ariolu in a statement on Thursday said what happened at the council will never repeat itself, stating that no one has the monopoly of violence.
He called on his supporters to remain law-abiding, adding that at the appropriate time those involved will be brought to book.
He reaffirmed his support for former governor of the state and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
As you may know some youths of Obio/Akpor stormed the council on Tuesday and allegedly destroyed properties.
