Miss Jane Amos, the lady who was almost killed by a police officer when he allegedly threw a burning stove at her, few weeks ago in Port Harcourt, has said that there is pressure from different quarters for her to abandon the case.
Jane, made this known in a chat with journalists shortly after she was discharged from hospital over the weekend.
The lady, stated that she would resist attempts for her to abandon the case until justice is served, adding that it was a case of attempted murder.
She pleaded with the state commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday to order his men to be professional with the investigation.
According to her, there is no iota of truth in the rumor making the rounds that she abandoned the case.
Miss Jane described her being alive as a miracle and called for support to enable her get justice.
