The Rivers State Police Command says there is an influx of Fulani kidnappers into the state.
Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu revealed this in a statement in Port Harcourt, Today.
He urged residents to be security conscious and report suspicious movements.
He assured residents of their safety as the command is doing its best to curb insecurity in the state.
