Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Rivers State, Sen. Magnus Abe has reacted to the One Million Man March held for him by his supporters in Port Harcourt on Saturday.
Abe in a statement shortly after the March commended all those who came out for the walk.
According to him, with the number, they have what it takes to take over governance in the state in 2023, adding that the elections will be peaceful.
He urged his supporters to remained focused and spread the good news that with them, there is a better tomorrow.
His statement reads,
I want to Specially thank Everyone who came out today under the “coalition of Senator Magnus Abe support groups”, for the #1MillionManMarch which held in Port Harcourt, today.
In our large numbers here and more, we have what it takes to make the next Governor of Rivers State, by the Grace of God and your support.
I charge us to spread the goodnews to our family and friends that with us, there is A BETTER TOMORROW!
By God’s Grace, through the instrumentality of your support, I Magnus Abe, is the incoming Governor of Rivers State.
There will be a peaceful election in Rivers State, and there will be a smooth transition as well.
